编译完之后会有一个hello.js文件

运行

node hello.js

运行ts文件

法一：先编译成js文件，再运行

自动编译ts文件

监听文件改变后，自动编译文件

法一：单个文件监听

tsc 03-hello.ts -w

法二：创建tsconfig.json配置文件(ts编译器的配置文件，可根据配置对代码进行编译)

# 监听所有ts文件，自动编译文件
tsc -w

修改编译后的js文件存放位置
